As we continue to grow as an organization, so does our need for strong  individuals to join our Ecommerce team as our Front End Engineer.

As our Front End Engineer you will:

  • Establish a foundation for our headless ecommerce architecture, including a foundation of best practices, a system of reusable components and wireframing user content
  • Document and write clean reusable code to enhance site functionality
  • Develop and optimize layouts
  • Test and improve site speed to increase conversion rates and enhance user experience
  • Resolve issues related to accessibility and browser compatibility
  • Be a key contributor in the selection process of our front end technologies

As a Front End Engineer you will have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in web design, web development, computer science, computer engineering, or related field
  • A minimum of 5-7 years front-end web design & development experience.
  • Proven ability of writing HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery from scratch.
  • Proficiency in modern front-end technologies such as React, Vue.js, Node.js, and Angular.
  • Ecommerce experience
  • Experience building websites using a Content Management System
  • Experience working with a variety of APIs and integrations
  • The ability to troubleshoot, debug and test code along with cross-browser compatibility testing
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft 365 Suite, asset management, Product Information Management System (PIM), Content Management Systems (CMS), Digital Asset Management Platforms
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong analytical and multitasking skills
  • The drive to seeks out emerging web technologies, design approaches, interactive, cost‐savings applications to advance capabilities and increase efficiencies.
  • Understanding of key website design principles and SEO Optimization
  • Proficiency in MS Office products
