To meet the ever-changing needs of libraries and schools, we’re looking for a talented person who values hard work and innovation to fill the role of Material Handler-Cycle Count Restocker.

This position offers a convenient Monday through Friday first shift work schedule, from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and is in DeForest, WI. 

What You’ll Do Every Day

• Perform a daily cycle count on designated inventory, physically counting inventory and entering counts in a live cycle count program
• Replenish products from the warehouse into the primary pick area in a timely and accurate manner
• Rotate product in bins and keep shelves picker-friendly
• Complete documentation or computer transactions to track product and workflow
• Maintain distribution center efficiency with slotting and organization
• Perform other inventory and distribution center functions as requested

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• Proficiency in PC operation, previous order-picker certification, and AS400 experience preferred 
• Physical ability to lift 75 lbs., carry up to 40 lbs., stand for 6–8 hours per day, and work at varying heights
• Ability to twist, bend, squat, climb, and reach to move product to and from storage 
• Strong basic math skills and a keen eye for detail 
• Willingness to work overtime as requested 
• Ability to be self-motivated and work effectively with little supervision
