The Sales Enablement Manager will be responsible for equipping the Sales Team with tools and training on key solutions, which address meaningful customer needs/pain points, to deliver against aggressive sales goals. This person will:
Drive Demco’s omni-channel strategy, ensuring that the sales channel is fully leveraged to achieve segment goals.
Partner with sales leadership/sellers to gain an in-depth understanding of sales philosophy, requirements and best practices, and work collaboratively across Marketing to identify key priorities, benefit positioning, as well as the products that best fit the customer solution to create useful tools for the Sales Teams.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Marketing or other pertinent field of study is required in addition to 5-7 years’ experience in marketing, sales, or sales enablement with two of these three areas strongly preferred. Candidates must also have demonstrated success serving as a liaison between sales and marketing teams and in designing, developing and facilitating sales enablement programs that help reps achieve quota. Candidates must be competent in solution (vs. product) selling, customer-relevant benefit positioning, writing and communication. Ideal candidates will have experience in omni-channel environment, and ability to help create/define a new role and processes within the organization.
