As a Product Development Manager, your talents will lead cross-functional teams from conception of new proprietary products all the way through launch to create the solutions that educators and librarians need to do the amazing work they do.

What you’ll do

  • Work in collaboration with Design, Product, Marketing, Sales, Materials Management, and Customer Success teams to develop proprietary product solutions — primarily focused on K­­–12 environments with additional focus on Public and Higher Education environments
  • Maintain positive business relationships with key manufacturers
  • Define product, pricing, positioning, and promotion strategies
  • Impact profit and loss (P&L) by developing high-margin proprietary solutions

 What we’re looking for in a candidate

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years of product management experience
  • Knowledge of educational markets
  • Good communication skills to support collaboration on all project details
  • A keen understanding of business finances
