We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Supervisor to lead our Inside Sales team.  Our sales team helps educators spark curiosity and ignite learning by equipping schools and libraries with inspired furnishings and space design, innovative learning tools, and top-quality supplies and equipment.

What You’ll Do Every Day

• Drive Demco’s goals for revenue growth
• Coach team on selling skills, such as questioning, listening, and problem-solving
• Teach team about our systems, find efficiencies, and eliminate errors
• Measure output, monitor quality, and provide objective feedback
• Builds and monitors effective Key Performance Indicators for accurate management of the team performance as well as focusing on the activities that have a direct impact on these key indicators

 What You’ll Bring to Demco

• At least a two-year degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
• Further education in sales, communication, marketing, and general business preferred
• Minimum two years of experience mentoring, training, or coaching
• Minimum three years of experience working in a sales environment
• Minimum three years of experience handling multiple tasks, prioritizing, and working under pressure
• Strong PC knowledge, including experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• CRM experience
