As Product Success Manager, you will serve as the liaison between Demco Software and its customers. You will create the best possible onboarding experience for customers that purchase a Demco Software product and ensure that every customer knows how to effectively use the products they purchase. You will also be responsible for effectively addressing customer issues, complaints and inquiries while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and interaction.
Qualified candidates must possess a 4-year degree in Computer Science or other relevant field and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing position performing detail-oriented technical duties in a quality assurance or a software life cycle. Qualified candidates must be excellent problem solvers with a good understanding of computers, mobile devices and other tech products and have the ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal. The ability to set priorities and manage time effectively is crucial for this role. Familiarity with CRM systems and procedures is helpful.
