As an Inside Sales Representative, your day will include:
• Engaging with incoming leads from marketing and Business Development Representatives (BDRs).
• Building relationships with both new and repeat customers.
• Maximizing sales through upselling and cross-selling.
• Managing quotes and order placements using Salesforce, Zoom, and our Space Planning Tool.
• Proactively identifying new sales opportunities to drive territory growth.
Job Requirements
• Inside sales experience: You’ve built strong customer relationships through consultative sales methods and have a track record of meeting sales goals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools: You’re comfortable using tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Salesforce to manage sales processes.
• Communication skills: You know how to engage customers and assist them with recommendations and solutions.
• Education/Experience: A college degree in business or sales (or equivalent work experience) is preferred.
• Proactive mindset: You’re self-motivated, comfortable identifying new sales opportunities, and always looking for ways to enhance customer experience.
Your work schedule will be Monday - Friday, with the option to work from home three days a week and collaborate in our Madison office two days a week after your onsite training is complete. You’ll work closely with a tight-knit team, sharing ideas and strategies to meet goals and drive success.
