We are currently looking for a passionate and experienced sales professional to assume the role of Demco Software Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will grow Demco Software sales by identifying customer issues and, as a subject matter expert on our software solutions, match the customer’s needs with the appropriate solution. Daily responsibilities include the following:
Identify software solutions that meet and exceed customers’ expectations.
Build strong customer relationships through effective phone, email and chat line communication.
Achieve annual booking and lead qualification targets.
Manage opportunities and daily activities in the CRM system.
Process quotes and orders in the ERP business system.
Increase customer and industry knowledge by attending sales meetings, training sessions and more.
Qualified candidates must possess a degree in Business or Sales or have equivalent work experience. One to three years of sales experience is required, with experience in software sales preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM required.
